Anyone who occasionally checks a group of sites...finance.yahoo.com, thelayoffs.com, facebook's standuptoverizon comments etc can pretty easily see there are a handful of union and a handful of scabs posting all of the comments. Just go to your assigned picket or your a signed EWA or sit in your mommas basement tomorrow and watch as the scripted events between crooked union Bosses and VZ corporate pigs plays out and quit commenting between the 4or 5 of u. This has all been laid out already so that the lost wages from strikers is figured in to the raise, The OT from EWA is offset by RIFs, and in the meantime landline is sold off to effectively remove the unon from the work force. Union Bosses continue to roll in cash while they sell out the members they claim to represent, VZ execs turn over with huge golden parachutes, and the world keeps spinning at 25000 mph.

Fjb - Get your facts straight....the EWA folks are coworkers (Vz employees forced to cover your jobs). Scabs are non employees who pursue a union job during a strike. There is a big difference. They are not there to break the strike. Non union....non employee contractors that might be brought in are scabs and strike breakers.

Not bad but there are far more than you imagine. I am guessing the number to be in the upper double digits or low hundreds. I do know that the company has paid trolls tracking what is posted and often reply.
'The movement' from true Berners does not include union leaders who strategically quit paying their mortgage 2 months before the strike so they could submit for support when they quit getting paychecks, or for union Bosses who are making hundreds of thousands for 'representing' struggling union families, or for corporate pigs who are 'trying to move with technology'.
