Rain...careful what one wishes for! A few factoids to consider.........beginning in May severe storms from the Midwest rapidly move through PA,VA,MD,NJ and NY causing massive outages. ElNino will break down by mid summer thereby opening the door to above average 2016 Atlantic hurricane season. Having worked FSC for five years dealing with numerous severe storms and SANDY, a marginally trained tech force will be unable to effect timely repairs. The damage inflicted on the physical plant will require committed field techs with years of experience to restore service. Those on EWA....you replace a STB, fix a broken wire.....you have seen nothing yet! In closing a brutally hot summer 2016 is forecast which result in enhanced severe storms throughout the North East. Best of luck.....you will need it with tens of thousands of customers out of service. I am retired and just passing along a heads up!

How will the pickets be able to grill their hot dogs outside of VZW stores?
