It actually allows vehicles to be follow but no close than two car lengths. It is called tailgating and anyone can be ticketed for that. Blowing of horns is disturbing the peace in many localities. Much like honking your car horn in traffic. Again, anyone can be cited for that. No new rules here just reminders. Picketing can be conducted on public property in front of work location of EWA's, or at a safe location if public space is not available in accordance to Federal labor law. Strikers just need to stay within the confines of the law.

Hey union workers - if you don't like Verizon & want to speak negatively about them, then why do you want to come back? There are thousands of other companies, please go work for one of them. You are a DISGRACE to Verizon.

The Constitution doesn't give one the right to trample the rights of another. You can assemble, you can get in someone's way, you can refuse to practice good manners. You just can't block someone, or intimidate, threaten, or try to prevent them from exercising their rights.

WRONG.....posting absolute BullSh-t again, You've taken emergency temporary ruling (until further research of the law) by a low court judge. And added Sh-t that's not even in the temp ruling!

The United States Constitution explicitly provides for 'the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances' in the First Amendment.

All these temp rulings get overturned in higher courts that follow the Constitution of the United States.

This is how Verizon lawyers use the courts, and weasel there way into the judge they want for a TEMP ruling as to by them time.
