I tend to agree with wgz, in that your response seems legit until the end when you used the word "depend".
I'll save the full shill alert this time, but depend is sort of a strong word, you think? I mean, they still have to get up and work long shifts night/day and go into work like the rest of the company. They man call centers, climb poles, work underground, deal with potentially lethal situations, monitor large networks, maintain and grow large networks.. I mean yeah, depend is somewhat of a harsh word.
We enjoy performing bargained for work and appreciate the benefits of being in a work union. We like to see the company get ahead as it "should" be a win for everybody, but it's not. IMO, with the outsourcing of work and the import of HB1's, there is no time like the present for work unions to gain a second wind. i think that it is going to have to get a lot worse before people start to realize that somethings rotten in Denmark though. Hopefully by then, it won't be too late.
