Would not be surprise a bit ! The EG, especially DTV legacy, could be cut by half without affecting anything. Just cut director level and above, and you'll save tons of money.
My team was told we are surpluses today. Missoula (legacy D), part of Entertainment Group. We are QA. I heard some TLs and TMs would also get 60 day notices today
any news on the directv boise site? May 13th is 2 weeks away...... what about the assistance queue, QA,
OOP, etc???? any info???!!!!

Entertainment group is essentially wireless, TV and home automation. It is not customer service or call centers.
Please elaborate on the entertainment groups?
I've never heard of this title but have read these threads for the past 2 months. California call centers aren't referred to as "entertainment groups". Is this more of a consumer title?
Landline, DirecTV, U-Verse all going to be at Consumer centers and possibly business cell phone accounts as well
