Good idea, the mgmt pensions were frozen under Ivan.
Ivan was a decent CEO and I have more respect for him than most CEOs of other major corporations, he was a guy that started at the bottom and pushed his way to the top and wasn't just handed a golden opportunity like some of these out of touch / "born with a silver spoon in their mouth" CEOs that just walked into a perfect opportunity...
