If you want a deal certain to be had, you need to go to a strategic buyer like Verizon. The other bidders, many being Private Equity, are back breakers and don't close deals so easily. Afraid that VZ might get stuck with this turd too!
Well maybe Verizon will luck out by not adding yet another awful acqusition to their portfolio.
