Wow, that's really sound advice right. Have you seen the educational qualifications of many of these executives? Most of them have BA's only and not from places like Harvard. To add insult to injury many union members are more educated than their superiors thanks to TA. So what separates them from the executives? Nepotism. That's not something that you can magically fix and transport yourself into the "old boy" network. It's not as simple as "go be an executive" but being as that you're a troll I expected that logic to be above your intelligence level since you're already above the Peter Principle.

This is how it works. The union workforce stands up the the might Verizon corporation and stage a strike. Next Verizon talking heads order it's subordinates to leave their family's and work 12 hr shifts 7 days a week to do the jobs of a bunch of obsolete workers. Then Lowell goes to a Broadway show as if nothing is going on. He eats some then laughs some and goes home to his family. But what has happened to your job while you were gone? Definately not jealous of executives. I actually pity how out of touch and clueless they act and what little work they actually perform despite what everyone thinks they do. I DEFINATELY dont have it in me to be a bow down, suck up, glad hander or brown noser to get to where they are. I find that to be quite repulsive and very "scum of the earth" like. The only people who are jealous of how much money that they make are those who treat money like it is their god. I don't have to make multi millions of dollars to be happy.

If you're jealous of the executives making lots of money then go be an executive. The fact of the matter is they DO make a lot of money and it's their job to manage the company and determine how the costs are aligned, including employee costs.
CEOs make tons of money, and they make several times what skilled labor union people do. This seems to make some of you angry, but it is what it is.
"They talk and talk and talk and eat and eat and eat", pretty much the only thing executives are good at as they don't do any of the actual "work".
