In many states where VZ's unions are currently on strike, these circuits are installed by the very folks who are on the picket line...for T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T and VZW alike...
T-mobile sometimes uses verizon's local cfo fiber for their cell sites if antennas are on residential roofs.

That is not only correct, but underlines and undermines all of Verizon execs arguments. Verizon should be doing much better than T-Mobile in terms of growth and quality, but they are not. Part of that is becuse Verizon does not respect its own technology nor its employees. Which is why they in the muck they created. I can't think of one single current Verizon executive that is worthy of their position, when compared to their predecessors. Not one.
They don't have a wireline side, they simply lease the backhaul wireline circuits from third parties, correct?
That is not their business. Frontier should take all of it. or Century or AT&T or Comcast. Clearly Verizon can no longer manage this business at all.
