You really have to wonder about the motives of people who comment about union officials making 2x what the average worker makes but have nothing to say about a CEO getting 18 million a year while outsourcing American jobs and demanding concessions.

The market for CEOs is higher than a union individual contributor. If you don't like it, go be a CEO.
If you're going to get your panties in a wad over CEOs making lots of money you're going to be mad at practically every company in the US, or for that matter the world.
People gripe about union people making 2x what others do because union people's skillsets are a dime a dozen, like plumbers or painters.

A better argument would be to ask any Union member for a list of right leaning candidates the union has ever supported in their entire existence.
