Most anti-union posts here comes from "i live in my mommas basement" jokers. They would not last a day in VZ field work. 28ft ladder, 3 poles plan 105 degrees and 4 troubles waiting, oh with your sup asking whats taking you so long. See its not about the money, its the work environment. If it was friendly, place..this contract wd have pass long time. But the bs at work is not worth $100/ hr and thats truth.

No one has a gun to your head forcing you to work there. Go to another job, gain skills the market demands at wage rates you desire. It's called a free country and if VZ wants to burn itself to the ground over a labor dispute or bring in replacement workers it's there right. That's what makes America great!
