The EWA staff comprised of some elderly inside people, who have never turned a screw driver in their lives, are now being asked to climb poles, and install telecommunications equipment that they have had very little training on. I see them everyday, and my worry now is that someone will be hurt seriously. It's just absolutely contemptible that Verizon will let this charade go on with blatant disregard to a human lives. These untrained workers are working dangerously close to electricity that has taken experienced technicians lives....That's a Fact! THIS MUST STOP IF NOT ONLY FOR SAFETY!!

This is why it is so easy to lie to managers, because they are sheep. All you need to do is pat them on the head and tell them "good boy or good girl", then you can steal their pension, reduce their benefits or even lay them off and they will crawl away without a fight.
