Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

How long will the union make its loyal members suffer?

How long will the union make its loyal members suffer? Yeah, you can ask, how long will the company let its customers and or supervisors suffer. But you know, the company doesn't care.

They apparently waited to strike till it could be a political issue in the primaries. Hopefully the members don't get "Bern"ed too badly in this little ploy by the union elites.

It’s well known that, of all the available public restrooms in the country, the ground-floor lobby bathrooms in any of Donald Trump’s numerous properties are some of the finest bathrooms in the world. Presumably—as we have still never been personally invited—these tremendous powder rooms feature solid-gold faucets, a collection of various high-end perfumes and mints, and toilets that are huge, absolutely huge.

Your not in the know. Just like you don't know how Verizon does their bookkeeping. I know thousands that voted for a strike. Many on here have said they wanted the strike sooner.

Except for anonymous message boards, I have yet to find a single member that voted for the strike. Most I spoke with were never offered any opportunity to vote.

From your question and your follow-up it appears Verizon is making everyone suffer. The customers have been suffering for years paying for product they will not get. Verizon employees have been suffering with layoffs . If the company doesn't care then the union has no choice , the workers voted for a strike.
