I have had a service issue for 7 days - hours on hold and in queue. Hours in chat sessions being given conflicting information - callbacks and the right hand isn't talking to the left! Epitome of customer frustration!!! I give up.......goodbye Verizon.

"If you guys think the company is interested in what is said on the site you have a elevated idea of your self importance."
You are either willfully ignorant of what The Code Of Conduct states, or have never read it to begin with. Those who work for Verizon - on both side of the fence - know better.
Don't tell this EWA how to fix the trouble he is dispatched on
First is is "you're" as in you are. And 2nd - it is all about the company, and anything anyone posts, they are interested in. There is a whole crew that just watches. If you don't know that, then you have not been with the company long enough. Never access any of these sites except from your 'own' personal devices.
Did man walk on the moon, your not important, son.
@H4WD0N0-tmd you are sadly mistaken child. They watch everything that you do.
In my location the company has been sued for wrongful termination and lost at least twice, wake up people
If you guys think the company is interested in what is said on the site you have a elevated idea of your self importance.
@H4WD0N0-opx who said admissable. I said it would lead to, lead to means grabbing and sweating and making a little t_rd like you cry and confess. And you will. And then you will be fired. And then you will be broke. And them maybe end it for yourself. Who knows? Its not like anyone will miss you.
I already tried to explain to you guys that an IP address is not admissable as evidence to identify the defendant in the US court system. I explained it like I would to a 5 year old. I don't know how to dumb it down further for union to understand.
I don't believe you work for Verizon. Nobody working for Verizon would treat a customer that way, calling them a liar. Please don't respond to anymore of my inquiries.
@H4WD0N0-rtj there doesn't appear to be any cable bent or loose. I am on the phone with Verizon Technical support. He asked some of the same things as you did. He is trouble shooting from his end, Its been a half and hour now. I can't believe I am paying for service and I have to go around to every TV and take the cable off and put back on. Thanks for your help.
@H4WD0N0-qbc will lead to a person who will crap all over themselves when the cops grab them and the company tells the cops, we never told him to do that, do with him what you will. No big money for a lawyer....that little boy will be wearing pampers by the time they finish boring him out in prison. So go ahead dime store liar. Maybe you can toss some salad in jail with him.
@H4WD0N0-lhe, but @H4WD0N0-ghg representing Verizon, told customer to stare directly into laser light, hoping that they would burn their retina. That is criminal. And now it can't be erased.
Actually the US judicial system ruled that an IP address does not equal a person. Please dont try to bring IT in this with mgmt. You guys just string the lines.
People are told to go f themselves, can I sue someone who tells me to do that, because that would injure me.
Fortunately this management idiot knows the buzz words and the customer does not.
@H4WD0N0-ghg the best part about IP addresses and management goons like you is that this is the kind of thing that can get you caught, and put you in jail if a customer where to listen to you and harm their vision by doing what you as a Verizon professional just told them to do.
Pull the fiber drop out of the ONT and look closely at the end. If your eye starts to burn don't worry, that's normal. Now, spit on the connector and screw it back in, should be good now.
Yeah really. Things get moved around, coax gets bent to make room, it creates pixleization. But since you are not a tech, you would not know. But I do.
Loose conntections can also be problem. Since it is common to all televisions, would indicate is must be an issue thast is common to all boxes which would indicate where the signal is coming in and being distributed.
This is a joke, on all of you, is no mystery now why this campany is sinking.
The main Fios wire, this guy is a tech. bent or kinked, really.
Yes I am absolutely calling you a liar since in order to find this site your search would have had to contain the words "rif" or "layoff". Please feel free to share exactly what you searched to find this site for a legitimate problem report with your fios. You can pull this up to share in your browser search history.
Also look for any overly bent co-ax cable going into each of the television areas. If it is bent too much, say more than 30% in a loop, you could end up with some pixiliztion, where some of the picture is dropping out or not smooth. But I would recommend checking the connections where is is coming in and out. If this does not fix the problem it could be a weak signal coming into your house. Definitely put in a trouble call.
@H4WD0N0-gqg , It happened all of a sudden with a few channels, I was hoping it would go away on its own. After going to other channels a few had a bad picture and the voice was cracking. I don't know if anyone was working in the area.
@H4WD0N0-snx if you can. If you are in a house look at where the main FiOS wire is coming in to your house or garage. Look and see if the wire is bent or kinked in anyway or looped to tightly. Also check the connections to make sure they are tight where they come into the house and leave the main box.
OP should post the complaint on pissedcomsumer.com instead of this forum.
@H4WD0N0-snx did the problem happen all of a sudden, gradually or after any workers had been in the area?
Why do you care if the OP is legit. Do you have any doubt if you called in it would not be a good experience. Move on, that argument makes no sense. Go ahead and call in and see what happens, dummy.
@H4WD0N0-mtp are you calling me liar? Do you work for Verizon? Is that the mentality of Verizon?
If you would have actually googled 'verizon problems' then that means in order to find this site you sifted past a couple thousand websites first lol. Really desperate tactic.
Is his problem wireless, are you an idiot? We have VZW stores, of course its landline. It's was already said, this company is very difficult to work with when everyone is working. I have another service provider and when you call the first prompt is, talk to a representative. That's the way to do business.
@H4WD0N0-exw , Lost some channels on all TV's, others have terrible picture and voice. Thanks
@H4WD0N0-exw what is the issue related to: Wireless, Internet or Phone?
Maybe we can help you out.
I googled Verizon problems and this site came up. I read some of the posts and decided to post my issue. Isn't that was consumers do when they are frustrated? Maybe others and Verizon will read this and fix it.
This place was a disaster before the strike. If you ever called a trouble ticket in for your personal service, you know.
I love the customer logic here. Im having problems with my internet I should go to the vz layoff forum and complain! Sureeeee Haha.
"H4WD0N0" Sounds like a CWA union member with a phony post.
I'm sure things will get better, everyone is learning their job, just hang tight.
Good. Go to the competition and take the Union workers with you !
