LOWELL TAKES IN BROADWAY SHOW HAS NICE DINNER IN MANHATTAN, EWA STAFF SECOND WEEKEND AWAY FROM FAMILY EATS ALONE!

Lowell McAdam was seen on Broadway last evening, probably after having a fancy meal at one of Manhattan's many expensive restaurants. While his EWA experiment staff sit's alone in a crummy hotel room thousands of miles away from there kids and families. How out of touch is this guy? I'm sure those EWA people would love to have had dinner with there family last night, but there pulling 12 hours shifts 7 days a week getting nothing accomplished. At least the Union staff can tuck there kids into bed last night and give them a hug and a kiss. EWA staff kids missing there Dad's and Mom's for another long weekend.

@suz Check it out and see where Lowell was last night at 7:00. Gave a talk to all of us and why don't you send me your e-mail address and I'll send you the nice picture I took with him. Let's see who's bull$hitting then. Lowell says you're never getting back. GO UNION!

@H3ipHAA That's funny because he was in my call center last night down in Richmond Virginia talking to all of us and seeing how all management was doing. I asked him when I would be going back to my old job he said I'll be down here for the next couple of months. Guess he hopped on the corporate jet and took in a Broadway play after he left our facility around 7:30 last night.

Lowell can go to any play or do anything he wants, as long as he pays me all the overtime this weekend. Long shifts, but really worth it financially. Would not want to do this forever, but for now it works.

@vym

That's not what your wife told me the other night. You sure that she's not whispering sweet nothings in your ear? BTW, I read a book to your kids before tucking them in last night.

Yeah, you can see how seriously Verizon is taking this strike. This was over the minute they walked out. The CWA leaders knew this. That's why they walk in August. But, like fools, they believed that Bernie would save them. And, like sheep, the members followed them out the door.

Are you seriously trying to compare the importance of a union job vs mgmt? The answer is obviously both but both divisioms have waste. Frankly we could automate the entire rcmac dept with 10 vb macros and staff it with 5 people instead of the hundred or so union jobs that it somehow requires at the moment. That is literally all I have learned at my ewa. That being said I have respect for the techs working out in the field.

The rain doesn't mean jack to us. We work in it all the time. Funny how they need you guys to do the job of a bunch of people who are obsolete. Who's job is more important to this company? Mine or yours? Btw if that's what your wife and kids are telling you then it might be time to start rethinking your relationship. Work is not as important than your family and I know my kids don't want to hear about the needs of the business. Good luck with that!

To the OP: You are just a jack assfor wasting your time posting this. My family understands that I have to cover for a group of dinosaurs that want to continue to get overpaid. Now, get out and put on that stinky red t shirt while you stand in the rain.
