At what point of your wealth accumulation do you look your employees in the eyes and say F--- YOU? F--- you and your family, F--- you and your kids college, F--- you and your kids food, F--- you and your house, F--- you and everything that you are. That is exactly what you are saying to us. You may be an "expert" in business but are out of touch with reality. Verizon is making record profits and there is no reason to treat Verizon employees this way. You have enough money and you are set for life, you just do not care what happens to 39,000 families. I want you to watch a Youtube video about Ed Snider. He was the owner of the Philadelphia Flyers who recently passed away. He was a Billionaire, with a B. He treated everyone equally from his top executives, to the players, to the parking lot attendants. You should watch this video and see how his employees felt about him. This should be the goal of every boss. Take some time and reflect and think of people will say about you when you leave this earth.
