While Lowell McAdams rakes in millions walking to picket sites and acting like a Fuk!n idiot proclaiming how he's not aware of worker issues.

Work hard scabs. He's laughing all the way to Basking Ridge.

@VZR...You should not have resigned , you should have waited for the 2016 RIF (Guaranteed) ...to get severance pay

It is like a huge "Snow Day Party" with bundles of cash and prizes for everyone but the shareholders. The union workers will have to wait till their contract.

If I were negotiating for them I would demand back pay and retroactive bene coverage for the strike period. You have them by the balls.

I would even encourage the unions to bring Trump in to negotiate your deal. I be he'd love it and would cement the unions and middle class vote for him.

Congratultations for making it to the 'finish' line in one piece! Too bad you couldn't get a rif package on the way out. But atleast you are out safely.

I am a manager I left and retired yesterday. I have 28 years and am tired of the pressure and rif's hanging over my head. I have to do what I feel is the best for myself and my family.

Too much cash, for way too little work to be made here, so nope. This works for me. Maybe not for folks they hired off of the street, but for these tired managers and supervisors, this is kind of like lotto. No rules. Keys to to the car. Gas card. Hardly anyone looking. Magic!
