Sabotage

I see the good some union people have decided to cut cross connections in terminal boxes. I hope if somebody has a heart attack and dies because they can't get dial tone they are related to the CWA jerk who thought they were helping the union.

Of course the union spokesman was on TV claiming that none of his members would do such a thing.

What in the heck are you guys talking about?

Land lines?

Nobody uses landlines. They are completely worthless. Every VZW employee knows that, they have been posting it on here for weeks.

Do you guys think this is the age of telegraphs and rotary phones?

This sabotage is just one more reason the company needs to do whatever it takes to get rid of these people.

I'm SO freaking tired of hearing about the union and their problems. They do nothing but cause headaches for the company and they come from the worst performing business unit in the company.

They want everyone to listen to their problems and feel sorry for them but they don't give a damn about anyone other than themselves. Whomever invented the word "narcissist" had to have been thinking about Verizon's union -- it describes them to a tee.

If I never hear another word about the union it will be too soon.

haHa, who would do such a terrible thing? Probably the clone managers to get a promotion

The squirrels did it. Lowell trained an army of squirrels to replace the strikers. But he didn't pay them enough peanuts so they had to eat something. When is Verizon every going to learn. Pay your bills!

Hey guys this is week two of the work stoppage so we add the "boo hoo our wires got cut" typical company propaganda on week two.

Sorry for the vanilla propaganda, we aren't very creative.

Sincerely,

Robert Mudge, Marc Reed, & Francis Shammo

PS-The company a$$ kissers and union bashers on this post are in no way related to us.

sounds like a manager boogie man to me, to scare the little children and bosses. It also makes a great cover for all of the self inflicted toubles. It does sound funny though, like a saturday morning cartoon. That is why is have a feeling that the underwear salesman's team came up with that jingle.

@xzw I'm a cwa member and I have no idea what squirrels and flossing means... I don't think it means anything honestly.

Yeah, they are on TV saying their members would never do such a thing while at the same time ending their bargaining propaganda egging on the "squirrels".

Sounds like they could have used some valet parking.

I found peanut butter spread all over copper and fiber cables, not sure why.

Wasn't copper- was a fiber x-connect panel... which one did you cut? yeah, it's that one.

Also saw a photo of a copper 25-pair cable cut with an axe... but I'm sure that was EWA'r scab negligence.. he though he was a lumberjack!

"Cui Bono?" Who benefits?

Professional scabs picking up good contracting jobs.

Companies with compromised public images.

is it so insane to entertain the idea that someone else...i.e. Contractors or EWA damaged those to make the union look bad?

With all the hate flying around for unions right now, it doesn't seem that crazy to me.

Don't jump to conclusions without really knowing the truth. I don't know what happened and neither do you.

So you agree Verizon should be held criminally responsible for failing to invest in and repair existing copper. I couldn't agree with the you more.

FBI investigating squirrels and flossing.

So let me get this straight, a tech will open a cross box and cut a jumper. If someone wanted to do damage I don't think copper cross connects would be the target. Another post trying to get a union reponse.

And remember the unions are out there with the customers every day. They have far more of a relationship with them than you do, and therefore more likely to care for their well-being.

I'm not sure I would necessarily lay this one on the unions. They have too much to lose from sabotage and the company has too much to gain.
