Why do these people who hate the company so much continue to work there? Anyone with half a brain who isn't 100% lazy would take the time to find a job with a company they like.
I don't understand the mindset of people who sit around and complain about the company they work for but are too lazy to do anything about it. And then sabotage?
No wonder the company apparently wants to lock out all these people. They bring absolutely nothing positive.

The company's stock is down today around 8+% based on their weak earnings announcement, which met analysts expectations but forecasted less than happy earnings going forward because of the strike.
I hope the CWA and IBEW keep their vice grip hold on their little scotums and lady scrotums. This is a fight for America, Americans and the survival of American working culture.
Post all of the BS you want, but this is somebody on the other side of the union doing this.
You bet the union cut cables during the 2011 Strike when the managers worked under cover and the union wanted to find them. Then the union benefited.
Now the union was ready for a strike and picked an ideal time, and the company was not ready for a strike and has been making a fool of itself in the press - and even with its own press: The Huffington Post!
Only the company benefits here by making the unions look like thugs. Nope this is from the other side of the strike.

Making mistakes by cutting cables? There are 24 similar cases. If I don't have any electronical knowledges (because you guys always say most of the EWAers are either HRs or secretaries) and in fear of electric shock myself, I would better leave these cables alone instead of cutting them. What a joke!
Right now the unions are enjoying playing from a position of strength while holding the 'higher ground'.
The only thing that could change that in the mind of the public is if the public believed that the union intentionally tried to hurt the customers through sabotage.
It is in the best interest of the company to make the union look like saboteurs to cover their own mis-steps with the business, and apply further pressure on investors to allow the company to abandon telecom.
Only the company benefits from sabotage. So they are going to paint all of the Strike Duty Tech mistakes as sabotage.
OK. If the company haven't done anything since the strike begins just like you guys said. Why did they do this? These sabotage only makes the situation become worse and worse. And also, you guys said the EWAers screwed up these cables. Look at the pictures. You tell me.
also they never admit that any mistakes are made by replacement workers.
do people really think replacement workers never make mistakes? mistakes are made even by experienced workers.
the only video i saw showed a few fios jumpers cut inside a terminal. didn't look like massive sabotage to me.
there is no way you could get away with any large scale sabotage in today's world. you would be on camera and caught.
I am sure Verizon is exaggerating the sh*t out of this story, that is if they didn't just cut the cables themselves.
op are saying that Verizon was incompetent in not getting their security in place for something that has happened in every strike. Incompetent replacement working are screwing up, they probably have tape to prove it, and are using the strike as smoke and mirrors
Sabotage happens sometimes during stikes when people are desperate.
This time it is the company who is desparate.
The company has done nothing but make a fool of itself since this stike started. The CEO got hoisted on his own petard and his strike duty force showed up late and unprepared.
The earnings of the company are weak, from periods prior to the stike, and indicates that they will be lower going forward because of the strike.
As the Romans liked to inquire: "Who benefits"? The only one who benefits from any sabotage is the company.

Come on, sabotage happened during every Verizon strike. Google it. It is not false flag. The truth is, whoever did it won't come out and admit because they will be fired right away by the company. Just a bunch of cowards.
I could sense there was an earnings issue, which is why the 'sabotage' red-herring was thrown out to throw off the dogs.
