Been here for 20 years and I am a hard worker who considers every new day an opportunity to expand thought/knowledge. Some percentage of people are just crappy. They are hired in both associate and management roles.. No getting around it.
Yes, fire the lazy ones. But that probably covers only 10% of them. Probably 10% of lazy management employees as well so fire them too.
