People calling the shots on BOTH sides are stupid greedy a--holes... The billions are not enough for upper mgmt - ridiculous. Forcing people away from their families to do slave labor - bullshit... Union doesn't want to pay for medical - get over it. Union doesn't want company to move jobs, guess what- it's their company & they have a right to. Everybody on both sides needs to just suck it up, grow up, do their jobs, and let everybody get back to normal lives.

I don't think they'll hammer out anything before the lockout. Apparently the company is not putting forth another proposal and is prepared to just let the strike run until the 2nd or 3rd week of May when the unions are locked out.
It should be a pretty quiet next couple of weeks. The company has a huge task in front of it with all the interviewing they're having to do. It sounds like they want to have the new workforce in place by the lockout date and only expect about 60% of it to be with current union employees.

More Union lies. They pay almost nothing for healthcare. Is there a union member capable of saying anything that deviates from the lies their fatcat bosses spout?
