Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

So now what with Bernie and folks leaving town?

Well for a moment I truly thought the pressure from the presidential candidates might push Verizon into a PR nightmare, but it seems like the train is leaving town and Bernie and Hilary only commented to get NY red, I have not heard a continued conversation for them and know they will move onto other states to sell them on more bs, when will we have politicians that actually care? Why do we as union folks continue to support the Democrats that talk a good game but don't follow through with anything?

Ok no I am not, I could put my v code if you like, I have been a tech OPT for many years in Pa, my question is not a negative of democrats in general as I realize the republicans have not supported us either, however we ( the union )support these candidates that only fake support us, after next Tuesday will we even be mentioned among them.

On CNN this morning one of their campaign advisors said they would have to look into it more. The anchors suggested that the strike wasn't politically popular which is why they figured Hillary was backing away from it.

They seemed to think that Bernie isn't swayed by politics so he would keep supporting it no matter what. I haven't followed Bernie much so I'm not sure if he's that much behind it or not, I suspect he is.

@H01ZZtx but you will never be able to outlive your cowardice nor your betrayal of the shareholders. Being dishonest is something that will never leave you.
