OP shut up! Who made your the authority? As employees of the company, union members have a right to post here. As an employee, I would like to hear from all sides. Go sit in a corner if you cannot deal with the posts. Their posts have not stopped me from reading what is here. You can always go find someplace else to read. They are equally employees just like you, me, and anyone else who are not in the union. Do not attempt to speak for any of us. All are permitted to post here.

As union techs were continuing to build this company, the profits were siphoned off for the wireless side. So when you see equipment that has been installed by union hands still making money, thank a union member. Most of the equipment I speak of has been around longer then most people on this board.

Don't blame the unions for companies killing jobs. Companies that don't have unions are losing way more jobs. Yours will be next if you have not already lost it!!

I agree this web site should start a Contract negotiation board...A Union grievance board...A Wireless board...An inside employee board....A managers I hate my life board...There's enough Verizon misery to spread this Sh*t out over many boards.

Once the strike is over this will go back to a sad depressing layoff board.

Have no fear I give unions 5 years or less before they are completely abolished. And their lazy, entitled members will be up $hit Creek because they will have to start working for a living again.

maybe this should be a strictly union related board and other vz folks can have maybe vzw or vzcloud or vzmilennial boards? can we ask admins to open different boards for other folks?
