Why wouldn't Follett follow suit, they hired the flunky's from KMART. Not a smart decision. Can't understand why they would hire people who obviously didn't know how to run a successful business. Follett needs to listen to the STORE employees. They are the ones that know the customer and their wants. It is so unrealistic to run the stores from a corporate office and not EVER step foot in the stores .
I feel our store goes above and beyond to aid the customer, answering questions about campus books and also online class books that must be ordered from the DLC. DLC is not helpful to the students.
