We haven't heard anything in months from the union until a few weeks ago. The reason being they have no choice but to try and save face. They caught wind that the company is about to rap it up and give their final offer. Can't string this along forever. I do not see the unions strategy to this?

I still don't know why everyone is in a hurry to strike.... There is no reason to right now....When that time comes, we will if necessary.. For now every member is getting paid and has benefits...etc...etc... Stand as United not divided
Union strategy:
And the union leaders cried behold!
Bring gifts to praise and honor us
And the little people beheld the Union and brought forth gifts of weekly dues
And the Union smiled and winked at each other
And saw that it was good
And the little people went their way
Never knowing that to behold was actually to be had
The next move on the union's part would be to see what management says.
I would be surprised to see the company offer their final, best, last offer this week. In all honesty, it would coincide with the company email that was sent stating that this was "not an endless process". Glad someone appears to have a game plan if that is true. What would the next move on the union part be if that was going to happen at the end of this week?
Lowell gots them all by the nuts. That's the reason.
I have no proof to verify this, but some jackass posts horse pooky on this board. Okay, ill admit that theres some sexism in the magic community. Can a guy get chopped in half up in here?
I wonder how true that is and what would actually happen at that point?
Strike ..... three!
I have no proof to verify this, but a 2nd level told an associate that the company is making their last, best, and final offer bye the end of this week.
