Talk about drinking the KoolAid. what make you think they are eve looking at the quality of work vs. Cost.
ATT is only concerned about cost and cutting retirement, 401k and medical insurance.

Maybe after current senior leadership is gone. But it definitely won't happen before that. They are too greedy to spend the extra $$ and too prideful to admit they made a bad decision.

I doubt it very much. The decision has been made that majority of IT related functions will be outsourced.
