When is this poorly run ship going to run aground? The entire organization is run by the know nothing's, and managed by the couldn't care less. And so far, no consequences. Strange days indeed.

It will be much better, when we can get rid of the Lazy union trolls.
Train these employess, regardless of where they come from.
Perhwps if they course corrected, and got rid of the wireless managers coming over to wireline we could have some knowledgeable leaders. This idea that VLSS can run a project without understanding the tasks or functions involved is not working, similar to the idea that a manager can lead by walking around, instead of actually understanding the culture, processes, products and services in wireline.
But this is a company who is too stupid to see that wireless consumers want unlimited data, and that wireline customers want dedicated onshore support, with realistic time frames to deliver service.
