It's so quiet and I barely heard about anyone laid off so far, the rumor do not seem accurate till now @ 12:15 pm

Has any other group outside of MP been affected?

Is it only MP that's getting hit? This is so sad

It has started, looks like they are meeting with people individually.

It's been fun but my time is up. I'd like to thank the company for all the opportunity, development and quite honestly great compensation which has afforded me the lifestyle my family and I have enjoyed over the last decade. While there are those who would point to a structurally broken organization, I would say that what this really amounts to is a structurally broken country. Divisive politics, conflict ridden provincial relations, a return of federally driven geopolitical conflict, and a public unwilling to embrace the facts of what girly made the nation great have reduced us to a nation who lack the will to move forward and build - an economic wasteland!

This is just crazy! If everybody knows why don't they just do it already. If anybody hears anything please post something and let us know. The anxiety is making me physically ill.

Things are definitely happening. MP is getting decimated.

Nothing has happened yet, has anyone heard anything? Has it been delayed now that everyone knows?

This is so sad, people cant even come to work in peace without fear of loosing their job. Management wants employees to preform at a high level with a layoff situation looming over employee's heads.

I could see three rooms in the tower for 13.5 hours for tomorrow, and two rooms for 9 hours for after tomorrow, so 22.5 hours of meeting rooms are booked by HR in the tower till I left today at 3.20 pm

Unfortunately it seems to be sad day in Enbridge tomorrow

some rooms they just kicked people out of as they couldn't get all that they wanted. so there could be more in the tower. I am hearing it's LP,Mp corp and some enterprise groups. I mean they have to fit everyone into the new building.

I think it's all MP. Only 1 meeting room booked in the tower. 8 in PLC and 9 in TDT

HR booked about 30-40 rooms for 8am tomorrow. There's definitely a big event happening and they probably aren't hiring. No idea on the numbers but we'll know tomorrow no doubt.
