Gary (formerly SVP-Global Foundational Services) has been named SVP-Service Delivery & Assurance. This is a different title than Randy had as SVP-U-verse Field Operations.

U-Verse will be sold with the wireline. Verizon did it in 7 states so far and ATT did it in Connecticut.
Frontier will take it over. They will not keep all ATT employees. 2300 were left in ATT in Connecticut and ATT has been surpassing them since. Today the number gone is 890.
Uverse was irritating me, You have to spend hours programming it, setting viewing restrictions so your kids don't accidentally stumble across the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and setting the channels so the channels you don't care about, eg shopping channels , ever appear on your set. Oh but wait. AT&T now has to push advertisements to my list of channels showing the lastest boxing match coming up on pay per view, while I spend hours programming the stupid DVR, and AT&T screws it up regularly, whenever they feel like it. That's it! I AM NOT SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY ON A SERVICE THAT DOES NOT RESPECT ME OR MY CHOICES AS A CUSTOMER!!! Good bye uverse television!
