Change Energizes Us In Retail

I hear from a friend who works at AT&T they are looking at closing or migrating almost all of their retail stores to indirects by the end of 2016. Could Verizon do the same? Since Verizon is a follower and not a leader I could see them copying one of our competitors moves.

I don't see ALL company owned stores going away, but a reduction would not surprise me since the wireless growth days are behind us.

I don't work in the wireless division but I know the local stores in our area with the exception of 1 all converted to re-seller locations. There is one corporate store. At one time there were 8 or 9 nine corporate stores in our area. I have found as a customer that dealing with the company stores to be a much better experience.
