A few years back we were given stock options with a contract. It had to get to a certain price during the contract, and when it reached that price you could sell. Guess what, it never went high enough to sell, again they win.

Well that's another great thing. These @ssholes are never held accountable. Exactly what has Marni's team produced since creation in 2013? NOTHING! Go90? Please. What a joke.

Hey, what about pay for performance? Last time I checked Go90 is a joke! How can you justify Marni getting this kind of compensation when nothing has been game changing that has come out of her group. It's ridiculous how a few make so much, yet are not held accountable. It's awful!!

DO I think they are paid way too much ? Yes. However I am sure if you looked back in the records somehow , you would see that these (and most at that level ) do this all the time. Shares of stock are part of their financial compensation.

Look up Verizon insider transactions, they sell all the time. It's easy to sell stock when it was just given to you. Need a new boat, sell stock, new lakehouse, sell stock,my kid needs to go to college, sell stock, must be nice.
