If you fired half of the directors, no one would ever notice. In fact productivity might even go up!
What a load of union crap. Go back to the line, it is probaly the most work you have done in years.
@yta Yes they are just like they have been for the past 15 years or so. If your a Union scum you won't have a job either. Keep paying those Union dues.

There will be plenty of pay cuts once the 2016 RIFs are complete and severance is cut in half. The execs will all get bonuses. And the union will have another 4-5 years of security.
Or how about the unions have the same benefits as the other 150k employees at the company? That would equate to way more than a 10% pay cut.
