I don't get it. They clearly hate Lowell, and they clearly think Verizon treats them unfairly. Why would anyone want to work for a company that treats them so unfairly?
Normal people go find jobs better suited to their needs when they are unhappy.

GZNEDvG-1jgb. Lay off happens in any corporation but does not happen every quarter like Verizon. I haven't seen any retirement party from Verizon lately as all old folks got laid off. Frankly, that would be my future if anybody stays. I was just stating the fact.
take a good look at them on the picket line, listen to the garbage they spew - now ask yourself - who would hire them, don't worry when this is over they will be sold

People with job skill to find better job in better company do not stay as you said.
These union folks on strike are mostly stuck in current job and they know they can not find better job elsewhere. Well things like that happen to lots of people. I may be onee of them myself. I do not like working for Verizon with constant RIF but they are not many one companies offering better than what I have now.
What I do not like is that the union made members believe they deserve better rather than being happy with what they deserve. With job protection union provide, a lot of them are having moral issues as well. The pure purpose of union movement was not about this.
VZ should have moved assets out of the non right to work states after the last time this happened. You fools won't be happy no matter what.
I think it's funny that the obvious-union members don't answer the question .. they just hurl insults. The only one that seems legit is the "We love Verizon so much" but that seems utterly sarcastic.
There is one person on here who is a Wireless employee and says he's not happy so he's looking for another job.

See, the only person on here who is non-union and says they aren't happy is a VZW person, and that person says he/she is currently looking for another job.
The union people are too lazy to look for other jobs. They'd rather sit around and complain, but I think Lowell is about to lock them out and give them the opportunity to go work somewhere else where they might be happy.

Can you believe VZ pays a call center person $60,000 a year plus a "cadillac" taxed healthcare plan? Other companies pay $30,000 for a job like that.
They don't find other jobs because there aren't any. That's why they stay at Verizon and whine about everything. Anyone with even half a brain that is as unhappy as they say they are would be working somewhere else.

I'm VZW not Union and I hate McAdams. I'm looking, but not to hard, because I love my manager and I'm waiting McDumass to be replaced. If that doesn't happen soon, I'm out regardless.
