When your neighbor advised you of the repair back-up did you tell him that you walked off the job and left him and others hanging? You should be thankful for all the hard work being done by these dedicated EWA workers. Since these managers have their own jobs, they help the company resist the temptations of locking you out and having a great reason to replace you all immediately with contracted staff.

For how many of you moan and complain about the lack of fios rollout you sure all seem to have tons of neighbors with fios. Strange.
ivi, you would think the company who gets paid by the customer would take care of the business at hand and not run down the business therefor not go out of business.
@GYjT3ps-ivi what paycheck? We dont care if investors insist that all of the senior management gets fired and replaced by people who know how to run a phone company. Neither do the customers.
You would think that you would want the company that signs your paycheck to do well and not go out of business. It would appear the unions are trying to do the opposite.
More company spin, as in last strike Verizon will pay more for contractor work and overtime paying non union and management ( who ate at a higher base salary) than they would have paid union employees.
zjd, there may be people willing to work for less, but Verizon cant afford to pay those people and train them and lose business.
