I'm neither a scab nor a union person, just a regular non-union Verizon employee. I know this strike is not easy on either the union people or non-union people and I just wanted to say that I hope the issues get worked out quickly and suitably for both sides.
As a non-union person I understand where both sides are coming from, and there has to be a happy medium. Sometimes it's difficult to see the the compromise but I know it's there.
