Going to be 14 12's before a day off? Some EWA quit the company already?

I already work a ton of OT, just dont get paid for it. Last strike i never took a day off. Not planning to this time until after may 1st unless forced to. Yesterday cleared troubles in the field for 14 hours. No big deal. The majority of the day is spent driving all over. And just like my regular job... no need for lunch. Couple snacks and i am good to go.

Managers may not like the 12 hour shifts, but they dislike the Union's unreasonable demands even more. We didn't mind the long hours the last strike until Management gave away too much. This time we hope we crack the back of these thugs.

The reckless disregard is still there for all who are on strike but directed to the scabs. Seems to me we need a new direction in the form of new leadership in corporate because how in the hell are you going to push a handful of people to compensate our absence. I mean where is the logic in that? What tool is Bob using to come up with this BS?
