I don't know where these people are seeing it on CNN, MNBC, Fox or local news. Haven't seen anything since the first day they walked out. You know the reason why? Because NOBODY CARES! Strikes are trench warfare and this what, Day 4? Why would CNN or anybody other than VZ or The union provide daily coverage on it? Strikes work by grinding down company performance over time, little by little, as revenues drop, costs climb, customers leave, and employees become demoralized. strikes debilitate through steady pressure, a sleeper hold not a knockout punch. The news is sensationalism, strikes are numbing. See where we are on Day 200....VZ will be a more interested negotiator.

Not enough outrage yet and too much other news to look at: "if it bleeds, it leads. By the second or third week as things really start to fall apart and become noticeable, this will be a big story. Till then, Japa, Saudi Arabia and the election are the big stories.
