Everyone was pumped lol, Verizon is doing fine I mean there is backlog of install tickets but repair tickets are caught up and call queues are clear.
Union better come to terms with themselves if they wish to continue to have a job.

"More BS. We all know how much work is normally in the load. We all know that we have been regularly forced 12 hr days 7 days a week because they cut the workforce to the bone."
The difference is that union people work like union people. Three or four people to a job that can easily be done by one.
More BS. We all know how much work is normally in the load. We all know that we have been regularly forced 12 hr days 7 days a week because they cut the workforce to the bone. And, don't give me the "you guys don't do anything" line. In this age of surveillance, that is utterly impossible. You're either full of it, being coddled, or not doing the job that is required of you.
Hey op , keep it up, soon they won't need you anymore and lay you off!!
Nothing get scheduled for Sundays, See you in the morning.
Forgot to add we did training all day to lol
Exactly @dau
Tell you what.... we're not coming to terms...So continue to do you great job.
OP you must be a Verizon propaganda spin artist...Because that is a crock, and soon you will not be able to even hide your bulls--t. Think about it why would this joker come on here and say all is just fine. It's obviously not fine. You don't replace 40,000 experienced workers that have been doing a job for decades, with One week train people, and tell me that they done such a good job that they went home early.
Hopefully when the same customers cancel the landline or Fios service, they are so upset with Verizon they choose att for cell.
Who needs customers, while getting paid, sweet
