If Lowell cared about the customer he wouldn't have associates doing a job for the customer that they're not trained to do. It's just disrespectful and contemptuous to a paying customer.

The people that hate bernie and cry about socialism are now crying that its not fair that union has better benefits !!!! aint that some sh$t . Capitalism is good when the ceo makes 18 mil. Then he deserves it, but when union guy gets something better f!#k that sh$t we want socialism
vad, does that go for ceo and executive bd also? and will they raise the pay of the union employees to match what lower management gets paid ? if you want equality that what should be considered.
It's better than to have no one in place to help customers since the union decided not to work. What else can they do?
One thing they can't really do is continue to give union employees better benefits than the rest of the company gets, especially since the benefits Verizon provides are already better than most other companies. It's not fair to the other employees for the union to get special treatment.
Some of the customers are angry but theyre not angry at Verizon, they are angry at the people who walked off the job....
