The Local has just been informed that in addition to the active striking workers, our retirees are beginning to get letters informing them that at the end of April, their health care benefits will be terminated..... Thank you verizon. You are so wonderful

Let me guess, the CWA will have the Retirees who have chronic medical issue covered, right?

Talk about a Public Relations disaster. Retirees? People who already paid all of their dues to the company?
We shoud have a pool to see who the BOD makes walk the plank when this is all over: Lowell, Frankie, Mudgie, Marnie or Reid? Or all of them? Someone is going to get spanked for this one!
