4 scabs at my neighbors house for almost 5 hours for no data. They left the job without fixing the issue. Customer also sat on hold yesterday for 1 hour and another 2 hours trouble shooting. During one of our "very highly successful self installs," the customer was moved over to ethernet from moca when upgrading from 75/75 to 150/150 but was never instructed to connect the cat5 at the ont or bhr. Upon coming home, my neighbor asked for my help. I immediately saw the ethernet port on the ont was active, connected the cat5 and service was up immediately. Took me about 1 minute to trouble shoot and fix. In the meantime, the customer ordered Comcast service to be installed on Monday and also switched their 4 mobile devices over to T-mobile. If this is your idea of management doing a great job, no wonder so many keep getting RIFF'd.

All they are doing is bouncing tickets between I&M, ISP, and OSP. Root-cause closer is not happening.

I could close 1400 troubles in 2 days and 1399 would be back in the next day!!!

Jobs closed means nothing!! Jobs completed properly and safely is all that matters...

Closing out a ticket doesn't mean the job was completed properly. Did you see the hand hole cover that was electrical taped instead of being replaced? Do you think the company is going to publicly say how bad the numbers are? Don't worry, more and more poor service experiences and outages continue to show up on FaceBook and Twitter.

The residential tickets mean nothing to Verizon... The cell towers, business outages are what is hurting Verizon right now.. I don't think to many people working can fix oc192's or ddm2000.....etc or if a big copper cable gets wet or gets cut Verizon will be in trouble but we'll see..
