What if it isn't a "management person" on EWA...then what is it called?

a SCAB is a UNION person or a contractor who crosses the picket line. A management person on Emergency Work Assignment (EWA) is NOT a Scab....smh
There are no videos because their is hardly any strike force. In NYC I have yet to see a Verizon repair van parked or driving anywhere

You know what? The videotaping and ~youtube boiii~ are completely pathetic.
I have an EWA. Guess what? My husband is a police officer. My father is a retired police officer. Both of them OBVIOUSLY support unions but think that videotaping people and screaming at them over megaphones while they're just trying to do their jobs is incredibly stupid, and possibly endangering them if they're aloft.
Give it a rest. It doesn't help your cause.
I just don't know who benefits from being a harassing picketer. If the union wants more members, why torture people you want to join? Because most of the EWA workers are not the "managers" you seek. Most are tributes, and completely unfamiliar with the union world, so when you talk like this and act horribly to them, they come back and tell their Co workers, not management, what they witnessed. Those potential union members are completely turned against it, because that behavior is not in our blood.

Good!!! hope anyone harrassing someone reporting for work gets fired. Trust me, managers don't want to cross the picket line. They have no choice.....if they want to keep their job, they report to their assignment. They don't benefit from your strike.
The cast of the "How Not To Do Things Show" is just starting to get on site. And those that will film you may not even be from our unions. There are many sympathetic souls who will be filming you and telling us exactly where you are screwing up. Postal workers, truck drivers, cops, firefighters, cleaners... That tends to cut down on having to chase you maggots. So keep smiling. We want a show!

@xoh Seems hard to believe the company would allow loud harassing videos and they highly encourage them. Very strange not one has posted on YouTube yet. Saw on news downtown Philadelphia and there were thousands picketing. I guess you know all this because you give out the picketing assignments.
Hard to film them when they drive in circles for 4 hours to find where they're going. Yes, this did happen today.
@bps, as usual, you are misinformed. The app is to capture "illegal" activity, ie. racial or sexual comments & violence. Loud aggravating harassment and videos are still permitted and highly encouraged. Most picketing is currently being done at larger wireless stores. Over the next several days there will be more mobile picketing and that is when the video comedy show will begin.

Management were given an app for their phones and were told to record anyone who is harassing them and it is immediately send to Verizon security and they will be fired on the spot.
