Unions arent perfect. but one thing is for sure. they set the bar for non union labor..Non union companies have to stay competitive to attract workers and its the unions that give nonunion labor a good starting point for their wages and benefits..

It is amazing to me how little union employees know about their union and pensions.
One douche mentioned that the company runs their pension and called me a dumb f__k.
The company contributes to you trust/pension only. There is a trustee or board of trustees that manage it on the union side. If you look at your paperwork or online at the plan or even any contact in any pamphlet regarding your pension, you will see a union rep listed not an employee from the company.
Don't be a sheep, don't let the union plunder your pension - have it audited before they use it to pay for more Bernie Sander appearances - cause you know he and Hillary want to get paid.

Unions are supposed to be about solidarity, but why is it that only the Senior people matter. The Senior looks down on the Junior employee and couldn't give a crap about him. It only matters if the Senior gets his free stuff. Even if the Junior is far more intelligent than his Senior, he cannot move ahead of him.

Unions make costs of everyday goods go up. The raising costs of dues and outrageous demands from corrupt union management force companies to raise costs, which are reflected on the consumer.
Next time you go tho the store and you say to yourself "Wow, the cost of these just keep going up" - Well, you can thank a union for that.

Ask yourself again - HOW DOES MY UNION MANAGEMENT GET PAID - where does the money come from? Since you are sitting at home and not working and suffering, take the time to check into it...... Its probably something you never thought about or never knew. Dont be a sheep, get on the computer and start typing for answers.

The only union employees getting paid at this time are the Union management. They are kicking back at their desk jobs organizing disruptions and corruption, while the union grunt who normally does the real work is sitting at home living paycheck to paycheck or having a hard time for some reason or another. Union management is making millions and more in bonuses, where do you think the money comes from? Yes, union dues - the money that is supposed to be going for your hard earned retirement is paying for Union management to live in luxury. I wonder If enough money is really there for the retirements - or is it being taken from the pensions. Union employees should demand an audit. Does it make sense for future union employees to pay for retirements now. No - its a Ponzi scheme!
