This is one of those "justice" moments for all of the people who have been riffed over the past few years. The company can spin but they cannot sustain the level of service given the minimal training provided - last year.

Same here. They are reaping what they sowed and I have no doubt that there will be more than a few execs that will have to answer for a strike that they are not prepared for.
As one that was laid off in December, I could not be happier this is happening to Verizon. I hope some executive heads roll because of this.
