I'm hoping for a month at least. But once the benefits run out and the strikers find out if they work elsewhere they will actually have to work for a living they will come back with their tails between them saying We Won.

Don't count on a new set of knockers just yet. Wait and see how much taxes Uncle Sam will be grabbing. You will be working many of those hours for free when you do the math

@yjm Agreeing to mediation does NOT require them going back to work... it's been done before- look up Coca-Cola vs Teamsters Chicago

That is foolish. The union has the company on the ropes.

I am hearing that it will just be a few days. Union trying to save face before agreeing to federal mediator.

The union will win this one if they can keep it together for more than two weeks. I can't imagine any of the candidates supporting the company now that the cat is out of the bag about how they love exporting jobs that "Americans are willing to do".

So put me down for 1 month before the hemorrahging becomes unsusatinable.

Two weeks and I can get the old lady a new set of knockers with "Thanks CWA!" tattooed on them.

I think 5 days because the people asked to do the scary stuff just saw what happened to Wireless in December and realize that if they are near age 50 they are doomed anyhow and may as well just try to look busy and not get hurt.

The Union will be back after the NY primary. End of April at the latest. That's when the medical benefits expire.

Hopefully at least 5 weeks. Then I'll be able to buy the boat I want with the OT.

I give it a month before the company breaks. In 2011 we could barely keep up after two weeks. Now they have less trained people, with lesser training, most of whom hate the idea of being out there. So minimal training, minimal EWA force and demoralized managers. One month before the states, FCC, Feds and Wall Street call an end to this.

1 month at the most. I'm on EWA and noone at my location remembers anything they learned in training and noone is willing to get injured doing a job they were not hired to do. We're all here either to get paid big $$$ to do nothing but put up with a little harassment or because we had no other option. Installations in particular will start backing up immediately and oncee the consumer complaints start, we'll all be back to our old jobs. In the meantime, I'm enjoying coffee and a doughnut.
