They have been hit with layoffs and wireless employees might have a different thought process about organizing. Might be a perfect time.

AT&T wireless side is Union. Even retail employees are represented by the CWA.
But Verizon fights tooth and nail to keep wireless in the dark about unions.
Verizon should unionize across the board too. Change energizes us right?

Verizon will break the union before a Wireless call center ever goes CWA. 15 years ago Wireless stopped the CWA by moving call centers in Woburn, Orangeburg, and Morristown down to the Carolinas. This time, if any call centers dare try to go Union (they're almost all in RTW states now), Wireless will simply offshore those jobs to Manila and Bangalore.
Wireless call centers will never go Union.
