Lets face it, this guy is a mess. No matter which side your on, Union or management this place has deteriorated to the point of it seems nothing like the job you hired into. No one is happy working at Verizon. The job has become a depressing hellhole. This CEO Lowell McAdam has made error after error, from the iPhone to Netflix to Terremark to AOL It goes on and on., bad move after bad move. He has squandered Billions of Verizon dollars.....this guy's a loser. And now here we go picking a fight with the Unions on a National stage, The whole world is going to see Verizon's Greed. He wastes Billions of Verizon dollars on bad deals, but he's ready to throw the baby out with the bath water in a fight over millions with the Union Staff? Are you kidding me? There's nothing good going that's going to come from this Strike for Verizon the Company. He has turned employee against employee, and now he has turned against the Customer..... Lowell McAdam must Go.

Theres gross incompetence across the top. Marni and TJ need to be thrown in the trash too. Marni's trashbag go90 eats up all the resources so nobody else can get projects done. TJ doesnt realize his org needs to be culled by 75% or more. Lowels problem is that he's too far in the clouds to smell the sh-- they made.
I thought he was close to retirement 2 decades ago. What a pity- Verizon could not create a better leader than this guy. No wonder that if you have such leadership future leaders will be no different than this guy...
It is very easy to find a better leader than this guy. You randomly pick any teleco manager and the probability of having a better pick will be over 90%.
