Lots of it will be picked up by cheaper competition. Halliburton won't be keeping extras around if it's not justified. That's just common sense but I know because I overheard a conversation about it between some managers. Zanesville will get it for sure and what's good for Zanesville is good for Montgomery too. 20% will get cut and they hope a bunch more will quit. Expect reduced severance packages this time.
Also if you're crews on the Zanesville yard expect to get very few hours. I got sent home at less than 40. Sad
