Everyone on this site are one of two things..union member who came and did the job..90 percent of us..low level,management disillusioned with this vile company..close to 30 years myself..I'm lucky I worked with some great people .union and management.Fortunate I was always on good terms with my supervisors..most are dear friends to this day.Saw many let go in recent rifs..Fn sad..Was once a great company..We were once a team.Whimsical I know but I have met so many great folks in 28+

I'll agree...many,many years ago you were made to feel as part of one big family working here. There was a mutual respect for each other. But as every year passes there seems to be more hostility churned out. I've also worked for a few foreman that were genuinely good people, who I would proudly say we could be friends....unfortunately most of the time, those foreman either quit, early retire,get riffed, or straight up fired for not unjustly disciplining their direct reports. That's what's really messed up!! If you are not part of the almighty Basking Ridge clique ,you're just considered a piece of trash ,and twice as much if you're union. This philosophy has been around for a long while ,and it really starting to shine through much more lately.....sad indeed
