I verified today that Loss Mitigatio HPU and in MN and AZ were put on a 60 day day working notice. They also cut a few jobs in SD also.

Where are you hearing the rumors? I work at the site and the buildings are half empty so this would not surprise me. We haven't heard anything here though.
I received a phone call last week to work in Raleigh, NC for a 6 month contract assignment handling loss mitigation. The salary is half what I previously earned. It wouldn't work for me but sounds like something is going on.
They will be shutting down the Corporate Center location - Raleigh. My understanding is that they have already sold 1 of the 3 buildings - "A" bldg to the apartment complex down the street. Brace yourselves folks.
can anyone give more details then just "rumors" maybe some site locations?
Loss Mitigation has nothing to do with mortgage originations. Due to the stronger economy, borrowers are defaulting less.
It's possible but very unlikely. This is more of a 2017 thing due to low rates
